"Awarded" tokens from USA

Some arcade machines gave out such tokens for achievements in the game, as an incentive to continue playing and "earn" more. Sometimes these tokens could be exchanged for real money (something like 5 cents per token), but this was not legal - you had to know the "special" person :).
